Wonderfully located near Termini station, but the 47 steep steps made it cumbersome with luggage.

The hotel is located near the Termini station.
Staying here was quite challenging due to the 47 steps to reach our room. The stairs are steep and worn, which adds to the difficulty, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, there was noticeable noise from the street that made it hard to get a restful night's sleep, which was disappointing.

Charming Stay with a Few Challenges
We enjoyed our two-night stay in a beautifully decorated deluxe triple room. The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made our experience memorable. Just be prepared for the strenuous 47 steps if traveling with luggage! Nearby cafes offer great breakfast options.

The location is perfect with just a two-minute walk from the train station, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The warm hospitality from the hosts, along with thoughtful amenities like complimentary cold drinks and snacks in the room, created a welcoming atmosphere. However, accessing the fourth floor is challenging due to the steep stairs, and noise from the street can be distracting at night, which detracted from the overall experience.
